Hello, my name is Cristina Deligi and I am passionate about cooking and travel, so I travel and search in different countries for recipes where I can learn about various cooking methods, how to prepare recipes and write them in my books. I 'm amazed how the preparations are made in some place around the globe in the simplest and also many complicated ways, to someone like me who likes to eat and taste foods of different cultures and ethnicities combined with traveling, my passion :)
