Today, the tradition of fine barbeque has changed, once they were made with the usual meats and recipes that are still great, to prepare and enjoy, but around the world, we found many different cultures who prepare recipes with an original tradition way.
We wanted to take a trip around the world to see how in other countries they prepare barbeque, which meats they use and what kind of combination, sauces preparation of these extraordinary recipes.
In this book we have reported 350 recipes from various countries around the world, we saw how indifferent culture the grill are a basic daily meal prepared by ordinary people with so many different ways of combining and herbs, and of course, we tasted as well to be able to report to this book,
Some of the recipes are from Asia and personal we were impressed how those peoples create a combination with meat, fish, and fruit, furthermore, the sauce is one of the most examples in the grill recipes, the preparation takes a long time with waiting sometimes 2 days before they can be absorbed from the meat or fish, chicken etc and then on the fire,, is really amazing that different culture world gives so many different styles of preparing in different ways
